Conditions for Return

We allow one-time returns* for all orders within 14 days (for Singapore orders) and within 30 days (for international orders) from the date of invoice. To return an item, the following steps must be followed:

Step 1: To return an item to us, the item has to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must have its tags intact.
Please check and ensure that this is complied with before proceeding with Step 2. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send the item back to you and invoice you for related shipping costs.
Step 2: Fill in the returns form here. This must be done within the timeline stated above.
Step 3: Our team will get in touch with you within a week on the process of sending your item back to us.
Please note that all postal fees, custom duties and taxes for returns are to be borne by you.

In addition, we recommend sending your item back to us via a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be liable for any parcel loss during its transit. We will not be able to process a refund should your parcel fail to reach us.

Store Credits

If the item is returned to us in a suitable condition, we will provide you with a full refund in store credits. We will endeavour to process your refund within a week from receipt of your item.

Please note that store credits must be used within six months from the date of issue.

*Items purchased in whole or in part with store credits may not be returned.

Defective or Incorrect Items
